`MUA Make Up Academy extreme curl mascara review!
So I've had this mascara for a while now and I finally got around to reviewing it. This is what it looks like (excuse my messy table cover) :
The brush with this mascara is curved and thin, my camera isn't great at taking high detail close-ups but I'll show you the best photo I've got. It is also slightly curved, I guess to somehow give you a better curl during application...
I don't know how well you can see from the photo but the end of the brush is narrow and because of that it picks up A LOT of product...For me I don't really like that. It ends up being a big gloppy mess during application. I get mascara everywhere when I apply it now matter how hard I try. And the formula is very wet which I don't like. Now on to how it looks on my lashes...

womp womp womp....I curled my lashes with my Shiseido curler, used a tiny bit of waterproof mascara beforehand to see if it holds curl better and still it turned out like this...a terrible droopy mess. I for one was not happy at all with this mascara. It might be because the product is so wet and it is not a waterproof formula. I've found that in order for a mascara to have good curling power it just has to be waterproof, that's the way it goes. I want to bin this prodcut but because I spent money on it I'm stuck using it. So far I only use it for my bottom lashes..and even then it's difficult because of the mess. Sorry this photo is terribly un-high quality. But you can still see how crap my eyelashes look...it doesn't even look as though they exist.
But there you have it! Has anyone else tried this mascara? What do you think? And thanks for reading :) x

♥ The Webmistress

Hello to anyone reading this! And if anyone is I am over the moon :) I am just a simple girl that happens to be overly addicted to all things beauty. I love expensive things -who doesn't?! - But my wallet does not. I can't afford anything but that doesn't stop me from buying new makeup - though it should. My name is Linn. I am Canadian born but living in England for my love. I'm not too exciting but I am looking for the best beauty products and I know you all are too. So I would appreciate any help and would love to follow any fellow beauty bloggers :) We are all in it together
